1.Returns and Exchanges
- 30 days for returns and exchanges, items must have tags attached, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging.

Inconsistent with other effortless
"These are very flattering and cute on the waist. The rise of these in the back is higher than the other effortless material which bothers me due to lack of consistency. The effortless material also feels different than numerous other pairs I own. Not sure if I have a flawed product but when I got them they were very brushed (more so than normal) and seemed way thinner than all other pairs I own. The color of these is definitely a true crimson as well. Overall, not super happy but I bought them on sale so what should I expect."
