1.Returns and Exchanges
- 30 days for returns and exchanges, items must have tags attached, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Normal price items eligible for refund.
- Promo, clearance and under $20 section items eligible for exchange for another size or store credit if size isn't available.
- Our "Perfect Fit Promise" guarantees that if your first order with us is not the right fit, we’ll send you out a different size and we’ll cover 100% of the shipping cost. *limited to one per customer*
- Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse at 4231 Pacific Street, Unit 10 Rocklin CA, 95677.
2.Wash & Care Instructions
- Wash in cold water and hang dry
3. Shipping time
- Orders ship within 1-7 business days. This depends on the volume of orders. We fulfill orders as they are received. Shipping time estimate will take effect once the package has been shipped out.

5. Pre orders
- Pre order items will ship out once the item arrives (typically in 3-6 weeks).

Well-Fitted & Super Comfortable
I usually don't like such large waist bands because they are usually uncomfortable, but the fabric of these shorts are so nice. They fit well and conform to my body, which really allows good movement when I wear them. They are my new favorite shorts.

Shiny. Soft. Stretchy.
Doing 4 stars because I’m comparing these to the other types of shorts like the heart booty, and vortex with pockets.
I do like these shorts too. Slightly tighter on the waist in my opinion, and I think they rid up a little more than the others. Still a soft stretchy fabric and still nice!

Obsessed with Moxie Fabric!
I have the quartz print in the leggings and shorts it’s that good! In the leggings I got XS and same for the shorts. Moxie fabric has a lot of stretch so I feel it’s based on preference.
